HHT is able to determine and study the relevant scale-up factors that affect the economics of your future industrial unit. For this purpose HHT can model and optimize the reaction conditions, carry out catalyst screening studies by utilizing well designed lab stirred reactor or in reaction calorimeters RC1. Typical processes are studied in small reactors of 100 to 300 ml. Additional steps may include testing in 5 to 20 liter stirred reactor pilot plants.
